Turned a negative experience into a positive one
Hi, my name is Maureen. I have had a history of back injuries for the last 20 years and saw a chiropractor once that did manipulation. I had a bad experience and I had no desire to have that done again. I first came to Dr. Norton’s office when I was dropping off a friend for an adjustment. Since it was an open room I saw that it was not manipulation. I was interested in Dr. Norton’s holistic approach that I could learn more about me, than what was being done to me.
I had an appointment set to come in to see Dr. Norton, but just days before I was scheduled, I had a bad fall that lead to such an injury that I could barely move. I was taken to the ER where little was done. I came to my scheduled appointment at Dr. Norton’s with my walker that I was confined to. I figured anything he would do couldn’t be worse that what I was already feeling.
Within the next week I noticed a change and now I am able to do my daily life activities again, like tie my own shoes. I can enjoy walking, gardening, and hiking again. My friends were amazed at how fast I recovered from my fall. They all asked, “How did you get better so fast?!?!” I’ve noticed since I started chiropractic care I feel more balanced and a better centering of self. My body also feels like it adapts better to stretching.
What I love most about coming to Dr. Norton is that as soon as you walk in the door you can feel a lot of love, caring, and feeling of health. Everyone is focused on the health of the patients. It feels grounded here. When I tell people about Norton Chiropractic Wellness Center all I can say is, “You wouldn’t believe this office!!!”
