Hi, my name is Amy. When I was in Jr. High I had a diving accident that resulted in having major pain years down the road. It got to a point in ‘99 that I hurt so bad that I had trouble walking and doing activities that I really enjoy. I had gone to doctors that first led me to meds and then to physical therapy, neither of which did any good. A girlfriend recommended that I come see Dr. Norton.
The only experience I had with chiropractors was when I went with my grandmother and I was traumatized by the cracking sounds. She assured me that Dr. Norton didn’t do “cracking”. When I came in for my initial consult we found out I had an inch short leg. I was completely off balance, which was why I was having so many issues. After the first series with Dr. Norton I saw significant changes and he’s still helping me live life at my best. I can do the things I love like hiking, exercising, camping. And now the length of my pants are the same.
There are so many wonderful things about Dr. Norton’s office. It’s casual and friendly. It’s really nice having a Christian environment. Dr. Norton doesn’t just fix it where it hurts, but he looks at the whole picture, helping my body function the way God made it, which I really appreciate. Now I have a better sense of overall well-being. I’m more in tune with my body. Chiropractic is a worthwhile investment. I hardly ever see my medical doctor because I rarely get sick and when I do my recovery time is much faster.
Some of my friends have a new respect for chiropractic because they’ve seen what it’s done for me. After my husband saw what chiropractic did for me he now comes and gets adjusted on a regular basis. Our lives have changed from it.
